Kristi is not only an experienced and qualified broker, she also heads up the vacation rental division of Swan Realty and knowledge from her previous experience in the legal industry. This unique skill set affords her the knowledge to not only help you find the perfect vacation home but to also assess the investment potential if you as a buyer wish to become involved in the vacation rental business.
Kristi's experience in sales is vast with over 100 transactions sides closed, her knowledge of residential, land, and commercial sales is extensive. This vast knowledge combined with hard work, integrity, attention to detail and outstanding service is why she has built so many trusting and long term relationships with her clients.
When Kristi isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her 3 sons and grandchildren. Kristi also takes every opportunity to ski and hike in our beautiful mountain community. Kristi goal is to be the best real estate broker and property manager in Red River.
