If you are considering a career in Real Estate but do not yet have a real estate license, we would still be more than happy to discuss possible employment pending issuance of a license. If you are approved for employment prior to the issuance of a license, we will began your training in order for you to hit the ground running as soon as your license is issued. 

Technology is a huge part of our business. We believe that the more technology can be used for time consuming tasks, the more time can be spent where it really matters, assisting our clients. We implement various technologies in the following ways:

- Finding clients exactly what they are looking for and not waste theirs or our time with properties that don't match their needs

- The ability to fill out RANM forms in about 1/5 the time that it normally takes.

- Attractive splits

- State of the art Client Resource Management software and the training to go with it

- Individual broker marketing. Swan Realty will market you as a broker individually and assist you in your own marketing efforts.
